Return Policy
Easy 30-Day Returns
You may return your unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your parcel to receive a refund.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Products that have been worn, washed, or have damaged tags will not be accepted.

  • How to Return:

    2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item to prevent damage in transit.

    3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Inspection & Refund: Once received, your return will be inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Important Information

  • The following are not eligible for return:

    • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

    • Incorrect selections made at checkout (e.g., wrong size, product).

    • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.

    • Returns for personal reasons such as change of mind or taste.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Milano is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. We highly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Resend Policy

  • Size Issue: If an item does not fit, please contact our customer service. We may request a photo for confirmation. A new size can be sent upon payment of a small reshipping fee.

  • Logistics Exception: If your package is significantly delayed and the tracking shows an “Alert” or “Expired” status, contact us for a resolution.

  • Lost in Transit: If a package is lost or held by customs, please provide proof. After confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement shipment.

Return Abuse Policy
To ensure a fair experience for all customers, Milano monitors return activity. Excessive returns or fraudulent claims may result in limitations on your account or refusal of future transactions. We will notify you directly if any concerns arise.
